New Myths is made up of friends, drummer Rosie Slater, guitarist Brit Boras and bassist Marina Ross.The trio's eerie vocal harmonies drive this ethereal Electronic/Dance Rock band. Rosie the drummer for the group describe the New Myths in an interview saying "We love danceable grooves and ghostly vocals, combined with raging guitars and glossy electronics. Empire Empire might remind you of the the music you listened to in high school. The emo revival band often reminiscent of 90's Emo bands like Get Up Kids, Mineral and American football might bring about a feeling of nostalgia with their catchy guitar riffs and word of mouth lyrics. The band released there second album "You Will Eventually Be Forgotten" last summer and played this last weekend at Palisades in Bushwick. "We Are People Here.
